The Summit Salon business model provides a career path for our beauty providers complete with goals, education, training and room for growth.
For our guests, this means having choices on which level (Associate & 1-6) and price point your beauty provider is.

Associate stylists are fresh to the beauty industry and are growing their education through assisting our trainers. A few days a week they have “opportunity days” where they can take clients of their own at the most budget friendly price point we offer.

Summit provides a structured career path in our creative art field. Through reaching goals such as rebook rate and product and service sales, they have the opportunity to level up.
Each level increase comes with a service price increase as well.
