Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment is very important and reserved especially for you. We strive to give you as much attention and comfort as we can with the best service possible. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot.
Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice or no-show’s may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value.
As a courtesy, we confirm your appointment by text or email 72 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment.
